🚜 About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Class 2 Waterbore Driller with Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling experience to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of rural and regional water infrastructure projects throughout Queensland.

As part of our drilling crew, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of waterbore drilling equipment, delivering high-quality outcomes to our clients, and upholding the highest standards of environmental and workplace safety.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Class 2 waterbore drilling rigs and associated machinery

Perform RC drilling operations with precision and care

Ensure compliance with relevant drilling codes, safety procedures, and environmental regulations

Accurately log borehole data and maintain clear job records

Conduct pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs

Liaise with clients and team members to ensure project targets are met

Work remotely across various job sites in Queensland

✅ Requirements
Current Class 2 Waterbore Driller Licence (QLD)

Demonstrated experience in RC drilling techniques

Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) or HC (Heavy Combination) truck licence

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

White Card (Construction Induction)

Ability to work independently and in remote locations

Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality work practices

Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening

⭐ Desirable
Experience working in rural or regional areas

Basic welding and fabrication skills

First Aid / CPR certification

Confined space or working at heights training
